Jesus Christ, Lord And Savior, Teach Me To Long For What You Desire.
Thank you Lord for your prayer: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Blessed Beyond Measure
I cannot begin to tell you the many blessings
in the short ten years since I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.
If I think about it, my entire life has been a blessing. However, that fact did not dawn on me until a few years of
being saved. Even now it's a process of realization over a period of time.
The difference today is the troubles in my life, I'm learning to leave at the feet of Jesus.
So what does it mean to be blessed beyond measure? We need to go back to the beginning, early in the Bible to
develop context of why we all so desperatly in need to understand principles that are counter-intuitive. In other words
these God given concepts are alien to us due to our depraved nature. And for that to be explained, please read
the next column over.
To begin, we will explore the concept called "Jubilee". The dictionary defines Jubilee as a special anniversary
of an event, especially one celebrating twenty-five or fifty years of a reign or activity.
My Depraved State
The Bible is clear about my condition: “There is none righteous, no,
not one; There is none who understands; There is none who seeks after God. They have all turned aside; They have together become unprofitable;
There is none who does good, no, not one.” (Romans 3,10-12).
According to this verse, I am the walking dead. I live biologically,
but the spirit inside of me, the thing that makes me unique made by my Creator is full of wickedness. I lust for those things God hates.
"All of us have become like one who is unclean,
and all our righteous acts are like filthy rags; we all shrivel up like a leaf, and like the wind our sins sweep us away." (Isaiah 64-6)
I am a filthy rag deserving death. I am condemned to death eternal without Jesus Christ in my Life, therefore Praise God, The Holy Spirit,
for what Jesus did at the Cross, for if I believe in the redemptive power of His blood defeating death and giving life eternal, and I repent of my
sinful ways, doing as He says, He forgives my sins, past, present, and future.
Holy Spirit, I pray for your continous regular cleansing that only
you can provide, as I move forward on this earth just passing through.
Lead Like It Matters
Church leadership is about serving others in accordance
with Christ's interests so that they can see and accomplish God's purpose for them in the world.
A church leader needs qualities that influence and morally support the congregation, the volunteers, and others within the community.
Demons And The Dead
Where do demons come from? Demons are fallen angels who serve Satan.
It’s in the Bible, Revelation 12:8-9 NKJV. "But they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer.
So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world;

Find Your Purpose
For as long as there’s been consciousness,
the question of purpose…of ‘why am I here?’ has hung in the air. Some books have come along and provided an answer.
“To glorify God.” An answer. A good answer. In fact, it’s THE answer. But it’s just that we don’t know what to do with it.
Let us further examine the Lord's way with provision in our Life so that we can keep ourselves content doing His bidding.
